We are a Shenzhen-based supplier of laser diodes, avalanche photodiodes and the drive electronics that surround them. Our customers are instrument makers, sensor manufacturers, rangefinder OEMs and electro-optical module houses — mostly in Europe and North America — who need a second source for an emitter they already design around, or a receiver and driver that arrive matched to it.
We are deliberately narrow. We do not sell laser systems, and we do not pretend to replace a systems integrator. What we sell is the optical core: the emitter, the detector, the driver, and the engineering to make the three work together at the wavelength and pulse width your instrument needs.
Our part numbering is boring on purpose. Where a device is pin-compatible with a widely designed-in Western part, we say so and we back it with a sample. Where it is only functionally equivalent, we say that instead.
What we actually do differently
- Cross-reference honestly — including saying "no match"
- Quote the source, the receiver and the driver as one set
- Ship a de-sensitised reference case with the first order
- Answer a technical question with a datasheet, not a slogan
Where we build
Devices are manufactured with a dedicated optoelectronics partner whose lines cover die attach, eutectic bonding, wire bonding, active fibre alignment, wavelength and power test, and high/low temperature burn-in. We hold the customer relationship, the specification and the warranty; the partner holds the process and the clean room.

Trade shows & visits
We do not publish a stand calendar. Our show plan for the coming season is not fixed yet, and we would rather list nothing than list a stand we will not be on.
What we will commit to: tell us which exhibition you are attending, or which site you would like us to visit, and we will arrange a meeting around your diary — including at shows where we have no stand of our own.
What "LumeLiDAR" stands for
Lume, from lumen — light. LiDAR, because time-of-flight is where most of our volume sits. The name is not a claim to be a LiDAR company. It is a claim about the wavelength we are strongest at, and the industry that buys the most of it.
